This leadership development course is designed for mature leaders who are managing increasingly complex ministry/organizational structures and are seeking to develop new leaders within their context. Over the next several months, you will learn about Spiritual Maturity, Church Leadership, Controversial Issues, and Advanced Ministry Principles.You will also begin your own Developing New Leaders 1 Cohort for a group of emerging leaders.

Developing Mature Leaders I
42 Lessons | $600 for the year, or $50 monthly installments.
The suggested pacing for this course is 1 lesson per week + 1 cohort group meeting ( 90 minutes) per week to discuss materials.
This training equips the leader to respond in godly ways, revealing a new depth of character and spirituality. The disciple is challenged to learn how to respond to complex issues such as unity, conflict and reconciliation , to delegate to other, to learn how to submit to difficult authorities, to deal with false religions and to understand and deal with intense Spiritual Warfare.Â
Trimester I
Intro + 16 Lessons | Cohort Style.
Learn about spiritual maturity, disciple building and small groups.
Launching & Leading a Developing New Leadrs 1(DNL) cohort| 7 Weeks
It includes how to lead a small group, effectively managing group dynamics and fostering growth among members.
Advancing in Spiritual Maturity  | 9 Weeks
Go through WDA’s philosophy of ministry including the priority of Christlike maturity and the phases of growth.
Trimester II
13 Lessons | Cohort Style.
Learn about The Church and Navigating Conflict.
Understanding the Church’s mission | 7 Weeks
Focuses on helping disciples understand the mission, role, structure, and proper function of the local church.
Navigating conflict & controversy | 6 Weeks
This training fosters unity by teaching leaders how to engage in difficult conversations while maintaining Christlike character.
Trimester III
10 Lessons | Cohort Style.
Learn about Engaging Worldviews and Ministering with Humility.
Engaging worldviews with wisdom |Â 4 Weeks
Equips leaders to recognize and respond to false worldviews by grounding them in the truth of the Christian worldview.
Ministering with humility & clarity | 6 Weeks
Trains leaders to communicate biblical truth with grace and a servant’s heart, fostering spiritual growth.
